I felt hesitant enrolling in this course as it seemed too good to be true to gain a Diploma with a payment plan online. What I can say is that I'm glad I took that leap of faith!!

Although it doesn't come with a pre-made makeup kit, it taught me to research and invest in pro makeup brands and some really useful tips to do with the business side and everything behind the scenes. Most of all, I liked that it wasn't a generic course where everything was accessible on YouTube!

I loved my experience with The Institute of Makeup Artistry. Their team, the Facebook community and most of all, my tutor Catherine.

I will highly recommend it to anyone I come across with the slightest interest in Makeup Artistry!

I really enjoyed taking this course, and a huge part of the reason was my interaction with my tutor.

The feedback on my submitted assignments gave me excellent advice on how to develop and grow as an artist; issued in a constructive way that emphasised my growth and provided the opportunity to further develop my skills and techniques outside of the modules.

I didn't expect to have such a great experience with a tutor via an online format. It was really empowering, and I enjoyed my tutor's feedback and the benefits of her depths of experience, bringing forward ideas from artist to artist.

I absolutely enjoyed the course, and now I have completed it. I am already thinking about further advanced study.

The course did more than teach me new skills and techniques. It brought me into contact with lots of new people, drew me back to the theatre and out into my local community after living overseas for many years.

The tutor was particular about clearing my doubts at the earliest and giving me suggestions to improve when marking each module. The IMUA course is an incredibly well-designed course.

From where I started a year ago, I have gotten a lot more confident and creative as my skills have grown over the duration of this course. I've developed a newfound love for special effects through this course and will continue to develop my skills.
